We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
What can be returned
Most items are eligible if they are unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
The following are not eligible: perishable goods, personalized or custom-made items, hygiene products (e.g. earphones, cosmetics once opened), digital downloads, and gift cards.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests after this window may not be accepted.
How to start a return
Go to My Orders, open the order, and click "Return".
Choose the item(s), select a reason, and submit. We'll email you a return label or pickup instructions.
Pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories and documents.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
For size or color swaps, place a new order and return the original item separately. This gets you the replacement faster than waiting for an exchange to process.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Who pays for return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Tamiuzz covers return shipping in full.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order before it ships from My Orders. Once shipped, follow the standard return flow after delivery.
